My Art

I wish I could make art all day in a giant  studio on the 12th floor of a building in New York City with huge windows and velvet curtains, kind of like the Factory that Andy Warhol had but not painted silver. Such is life. I squeeze time in to make art of my own in my busy schedule at my Travis Heights home studio. Sometimes I make art  in spurts and sometimes for a few days at a time. A lot of the  time  I am experimenting with different materials and different applications. Making art can be a rewarding experience. It can also be frustrating. Most artist make their art alone in there studio, maybe that is why we are usually weird.  I like to make art that does not limit me or force me to use rules. I like to try to push  the use of materials .
